I’m so excited to let you know that the Blush Pretty workshops are back in session! You may recall a few posts on these workshops but here’s the gist about them in this post.
This time around the workshops are focused on a lot of trends and based on questions that many people have such as how do I use my brushes? or can I pull off a bold lip?
I’m no make artist so I need all the help that I can get. Luckily I’m surrounded by talented make artists who can answer my (many) questions on a whim! But if you don’t have a circle of friends that are make up artists what do you do?
You could go to a make up counter as there are certainly talented makeup artists there – however – I’ve personally had a bad experience and I don’t like feeling the pressure to buy something afterwards. There’s also Sephora but to be honest…I’ve never found it to be too helpful. They can never even colour match me correctly.
This is why I LOOOVE these workshops. At a reasonable $30 you are privy to an intimate workshop led by a pro makeup artist who will give you tips and tricks to suit your individual needs and lifestyle. Plus, you can bring all your own make up so you can learn how to get the most out of what you already have without spending extra money!
Sessions are being held in February and March on weekday evenings from 6pm – 8pm – be sure to register soon! Here are the classes being offered:
Hard to choose right?!? The Blush Pretty studio is conveniently located in near the corner of Queen and John at 313 Queen St. West Suite 204. Hope to see you there!
