I love the look of toussled beachy waves in the Summer. If you love that look too check out Ashley’s review to see if these products are right for you!
First Impressions: The products smell AMAZING. Summer in a bottle – it’s a mixture of shea butter, suntan lotion, coconut, pina coladas and the tropics all in these bottles. I adore the smell so much, even if the product didn’t work, I’d still use it. It smells THAT good.
Shampoo and Conditioner Review: Again, the products smell amazing. I didn’t really see a ‘difference’ in the waviness of my hair after the use of this production, but boy, was my hair super moisturized. I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a while now, and the two never fail to completely moisturize and nourish my hair. I’d even go as far as to say that the conditioner is one of the best I’ve ever used. Even if I cheated and purposely straightened my hair after use, my straight hair was flyaway free. I also found that the product added a little bit of volume to the hair, which is always beneficial.
Beach Spray Review: This was the product I was most skeptical about – beach waves in a bottle? My naturally wavy hair has a mind of it’s own and I sincerely doubted that this product would do anything to prevent that. Alas, the spray does actually work – scrunch it into dry or damp hair to achieve a ‘wavy’ maintained, beach look. The product isn’t greasy, not does it weigh down your hair, which is what I expected it to do. I found it great for those ‘lazy’ days – just a quick spray and scrunch and I was good for the day. The waves were maintained and ‘beachy’ – just as promised.
Verdict: Definitelygood products – even if you’re buying just for the fragrance! My choice would definitely be the conditioner and the beach spray. Together, I think they work perfectly!
