Hello beauty junkies! Are you ready to take the Face Off challenge? Today I am going to talk about a fun and product-free way to remove your makeup.
{The Face Off Challenge}
It goes without saying that I was excited to try this new product — Face Off: The amazing makeup remover cloth and see how it worked for me!
Product Highlights:
- You save money! (No need to buy makeup remover)
- Chemical-Free — you just use water
- Thorough — it removes even waterproof makeup
- Doesn’t dry out your face
- Suitable for all skin types
- Gentle enough for babies and children
- Removes oils and impurities
This is a very cost-effective and natural beauty must-have. You simply wash the cloth with soap and water after each use and hang to dry. It even has a little loop on top to do this!
There is no need to purchase makeup removers as this cloth only requires a bit of water. I used it on some of my toughest makeup as I was wearing MUFE Aqua XL Eye Pencil which stays put all day. I did require a little bit of gentle scrubbing but all of it came off, even my mascara, leaving my lashes dry and intact. Since it has not harsh chemicals it does not dry out your skin. Simply use your favorite moisturizer or night cream afterwards if you wish for the extra boost as you catch some z’s.
It is also suitable for all skin types and removes oils and impurities.
I quite like this little cloth as I am a no-fuss type of girl and like the idea of simply running it under the tap and wiping my face down.
How It Worked For Me
I must tell you in advance, I do have sensitive eyelids and may have scrubbed a bit harder than I needed to for my first time using this. My eyelid feels a little sore, but that is no fault of the cloth. If I had been a bit more gentle (and patient) and rubbed a little longer on the eye area instead of trying to get it off in 5 swipes I would have been golden.
I definitely think this should be a staple in every girl’s makeup drawer, it would also be excellent for traveling with!
