There are always so many gems to be found in Toronto and I’m so happy that I was introduced to one in the West End of the city: Pause Beauty Boutique.
Located in the West End of the city at 991 Bloor Street West in Toronto, Pause Beauty Boutique is a laid back and comfortable spa which just recently opened.
Pause first caught my attention on Twitter when they tweeted me about Consonant’s new Sunscreen which they carried in store. I couldn’t help but check out their site and I was happy to see that they carry two of my local favourite brands – Consonant and Ella’s Botanicals!
I was excited to pop in for a pedicure – my feet were just BEGGING for some pampering! And loved that it was in an up and coming location – so it easy for me find parking. For those of you that take transit they are very close to Ossington station so even downtown-ers can get there easily!
I really love the chic yet laid back atmosphere of the space and the black/white/grey colour scheme.
Michelle Palmer is the owner and founder of Pause and I was super lucky to have her as my pedicurist! She is very warm and welcoming – not to mention gorgeous and as we chatted I felt myself more and more relaxed – the atmosphere of the spa was just like being at a girlfriend’s place!
The beautiful Michelle!
I loved my pedicure so much…I did not take a picture though b/c…I kind of have an issue with seeing feet in photos – hahaha! Sorry! But just take my word for it that my toes were very happy 😉
There are many services offered including waxing and body treatments as well as manicures of course. Be sure to pay Pause a visit for some rest and relaxation. You can chat with them on twitter. But wait!! Michelle and the Pause Team are generously offering one of my readers a pedicure so that you can see for yourself what my experience was like!
All you have to do is fill out the rafflecopter form below – and of course since this is a local business please only enter if you are able to get to the spa 🙂
