mark. Bath and Body Collections
Just released are four wonderful new scents to mark’s Bath & Body Collection – Crushing on Coconut, Dreaming of Jasmine, Sweet on Lemon Sugar and the scent I got to test – Passionate for Plumberry. This scent is a blend of plum, blackberry blossom and passion flower.
Prior to reviewing these products, I have been using mark. Whipped Up body butter in Mango Nectar. This scent was perfect for summer, and the formula was equally perfect for the season. The tropical smell made me feel like I was on a beach. The body butters are luxuriously thick and creamy, as well as super-hydrating and leaves your skin dewy-looking. I can’t believe how silky, soft my legs feel and I believe with the moisture, my skin even looks more tanned. So even though, the body butter works great for now, I can already see it being awesome for winter – I can say goodbye to dry, flaky skin because this butter will replenish and hydrate my skin.
This hand cream is slightly less creamy than the body butter which now you can imagine is super moisturizing for hands and nails. It also hydrated and softens cuticles. The tube is perfect to leave on your desk but is also good for travel since it is 100 ml. The scent is not overpowering which now makes me want to try the other scents, especially the coconut or lemon one. Just like the body butter, I can foresee this product working wonderfully for my hands in the winter. It’s probably a good time to stock up!
This wash can be used as a shampoo, shower wash and bubble bath. I have only used it in the capacity of a body wash. Since the body butter is so moisturizing, I expected this to be too and it was the first time I used it. The second time, my skin felt dry and tight after. An easy fix would be to use the body butter immediately after the shower to lock in moisture.
This collection also includes a body mist and body scrub. The above items retail as follows and is available through an Avon representative: – Body Butter ($14), Hand Cream ($6) and 3-in-1 Body Wash ($12).
