A while back I had the fun of hosting a Kiss Nails Party for some of my friends – mostly those who I knew did not have time to get regular manicures and also who are always looking for quick beauty tips and tricks to do at home.
Back in the summer I was given a Kiss Nails Gel polish system (see my post here) but I knew I wouldn’t be able to test out all the colours myself so I thought throwing a nail party would be the perfect way to get together with some friends and test out the system.
My friend
Kin of Kindle Photos was kind enough to hang out with a bunch of ladies while snapping photos of this event so all photo credits (unless otherwise stated) go to him!
Everyone was REALLY excited to test out the system and I can’t say I blame them! See how many pretty colours are available in the photo above? I asked my friends to hang out with their kids at the DesignHerCo studio so they could do their nails and the kids could make crafts and play with nail stickers also courtesy of Kiss Nails.
I was so excited as the first of the guests started to arrive – it was going to be such a fun afternoon!
I think the hardest part for everyone was choosing which colour they wanted to test out!
While the kids were having fun eating cupcakes and crafting with Dara I took the guests through the process of the Kiss Nails System.
In no time all the guests picked it up quickly – the system is REALLY easy to use!
Prep the nails by buffing them to make them “rough” then clean with the cleansing gel. Base coat, 2 coats of colour and a top coat with some curing time under the portable UV lamp is all you need! When you’re done, a swipe with the cleansing gel and nails are shiny; it looks like you stepped out of a nail salon!
Before I knew it everyone was well on their way to gorgeous and shiny manicures – all done on their own!
All the guests were so surprised at how easy and quick the process was. They were also really impressed at how compact the system was – it didn’t take up much room at all!
There were also many comments about how the polishes didn’t have a strong smell. We were actually worried that with so many people doing their nails we may have to keep the doors open but no nail polish fumes at all!
The kids were having so much putting on nail stickers – they kept asking Dara to help them and switch them around.
Love this photo of
@rs8703 taking a photo of her nails!
She also had the BEST phone case for the occasion!
I also loved the mom’s and daughters had a great day together!
Some ladies were even getting creative with the colours!
My friend O even sent me this when she tried it on her own at home.

So cute and creative right?!?
And I love this photo of Mehreen, Oliva and Ella showing off their new manis!
Oliva decided she wanted another colour on her other hand haha!
Kiss Nails generously provided a whole system for my guests to take home and keep doing their nails on their own.
Thank you so much to everyone that came out and made the #KissNailsParty a success!
Special thanks to
Kiss Nails for generously providing everything needed for my mani party + the generous gifts for the guests. Thank you to
Kin Hai for the amazing photos and putting up with girl talk all afternoon. And of course thank you to
Dara for helping me out with the event and letting us use your space!
I’ll end off with a photo of Dara and me 🙂
