Yes it’s Spring…BUT we’re still suffering from dry skin as the weather makes up its mind. Palmers Cocoa Butter products are helping Alysia with the transition.

Even though Spring is in the air, I am still dealing with dry patchy skin, especially under my nose. I guess wiping my runny nose has lead to red, dry skin around my nostrils. Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Swivel Stick has been a lifesaver. The portable and easy, on-the-spot stick has added moisture and is very smoothing for those dry patches near my nose and around my face.
The formula is also great for marks, blemishes and any rough dry skin. Other areas the stick would work wonders for are heels, cuticles and chapped lips.
The second product tested was the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil – Rosehip. This is a new advanced product with multi-purpose uses. It consists of a lightweight formula with ingredients that help improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, dry, damaged skin, uneven skin tone and fine lines and wrinkles. It’s non-greasy and non-staining.
I decided not to first try this one my face, instead, I chose to add some drops to my bath. The rosehip fragrance made my bath smell wonderful and the oil helped soothe my dry skin. I have found that with winter still kicking around and the dry heat in my home, my body has been very itchy and this therapy oil has left my skin feeling instantly smooth and soft. I even rub the oil into my hands and cuticles after I wash dishes. I can foresee the benefits of using the oil on my face to help with my acne scars and even with any other scars I have on my body.
Both products have a very nice light scent of either cocoa butter or rosehip and are very easy to apply. The Swivel Stick works well for small, hard to reach places and the pump for the oil limits messy spills – it’s easy to add drops to your bath or to your hands for an all-over application.
