If you live in Toronto you’ve heard about the Luminato Festival but you may not know what it is. Essentially it’s a celebration of art and all artists. There are artists showcasing music, visual arts, theatre, literature, film and dance. And of course yummy food too!
Luminato is proudly partnered L’Oreal and I spent last evening with the team!
Isn’t this cool? It’s a lifeguard beach house! In fact, there was a whole beach right in the middle of the city made of…get this…cardboard!
The obvious name for this set up is “cardboard beach” 😉 I just love that there is this little oasis in the middle of the city. I can imagine during the lunch hour all the business people taking a break on the cardboard loungers. This festival goer brought her own chair and ensured she got a great seat for the upcoming concert.
I went up to the L’Oreal Paris Sublime life guard beach house to check out the sun screen products. The lovely ladies there let me test out all the different textures. I really loved the mousse one as it was so easy to apply and didn’t feel sticky at all! The face sun products were great too – no white cast and they kind of just disappeared into the skin. There is a regular one and tinted one too if you want to add some warmth to your skin.
With any donation made to the Skin Cancer Foundation you will receive your choice of a full sized product for free!
If you’re planning on checking out Luminato the L’Oreal Paris Sublime beach house is open the rest of the week during the following times:
