Now, I was extraordinarily excited for Cake Beauty products. I’ve heard amazing things about the line, and with a name like ‘Cake’ you knew it was going to smell amazing.
I was lucky enough to try out Cake Beauty Body Polish and Lotion in the yummy fragrance of ‘Strawberry & Cream‘. Just the name smells delish. How did it fare? Read on!

What It Claims:

First, the Body Lotion. First, and most important, question – what does it smell like? This little lotion smells like Strawberry Ice Cream on a Summer’s Day. In a nutshell, this body lotion is perfect for Spring. It’s completely delectable. Is it ultra-moisturizing? For sure. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it moisturized – I don’t know if I was fooled by the name (can something from ‘Cake’ be super moisturizing? I think I judged too quick) or the super cute packaging, but this product packs a super punch. Surprisingly, you can’t smell any of the coconut oil! It’s pure decadence. It’s almost distracting how good this product smells. I’m not sure if I would use it as an all over lotion, but it’s perfect for a hand lotion. Like, absolutely perfect!
