Do you ever have those outfits or that piece of clothing that you wear over and over again because you love it so much? Well that’s me and my new maxi skirt from LOFT plus a few other pieces that just go so well together!
I think I love this skirt so much for one because it fits (yay petite sizing at LOFT!) and two because it’s seriously so comfortable and effortless to wear.

Admittedly this skirt is the perfect length but it’s still a bit big around the waist even though it’s elasticized. But it’s not going to fall off me and I like wearing this skirt with a tucked in blouse or shirt so it’s probably better that it’s not super tight in the hips and waist – I can hide the bulge of extra material easier. I’m wondering if I run it through the dryer if that will help shrink it a bit.
I have also been wearing this denim jacket every day. But let’s face it. A denim jacket really is a staple isn’t it? I had purchased one on sale from Old Navy but I have sadly misplaced it 🙁 I think I left it somewhere on my last trip to Florida! I was excited to find this one from Bedo and it fit me MUCH better than the Old Navy one did.
I have seriously been wearing this outfit on repeat so if you see me on the street wearing this DO NOT be surprised! Navy and gold always go well together but I like adding a pop of colour with the bright pink! Also…pink makes me happy!
I’m also in love with my new Shop For Jayu necklace – it goes with EVERYTHING! Whenever I wear gold accessories I always put on this watch which I always get compliments on – people always ask me if it’s Michael Kors too! 😉
